Jensen Huang is an American businessman and computer scientist who is the co-founder, president, and CEO of Nvidia, a multinational technology company that specializes in the design and manufacture of graphics processing units (GPUs) and other related computing components. Huang is known for his leadership in transforming Nvidia from a graphics chip company into a diversified technology conglomerate. Under his guidance, Nvidia has become a dominant force in the fields of artificial intelligence, autonomous vehicles, and high-performance computing. He has been credited with driving the widespread adoption of GPUs for tasks beyond traditional graphics rendering, including deep learning and scientific computing. Huang was born in 1963 in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States as a child. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Oregon State University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Stanford University. Prior to co-founding Nvidia in 1993, Huang worked at LSI Logic and served as a microprocessor designer at AMD.
