In this episode of GradLife 601, host Dr. Nancy Caronia speaks to Carrie W. Rishel, a professor in the School of Social Work WVU’s Eberly College of Arts and Sciences. Rishel is the PhD program director as well as the Program Director of the Rural Integrated Behaviorial Health Training Program. Her research interests include child mental health and the relationship between child and maternal mental health. She has received numerous awards and grants for her research and teaching including the 2018 WVU Foundation Outstanding Teacher Award.
